ABOUT THE PANELIST

CHRISTIAN CHAO

Christian Chao is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Corner Singapore Ltd, a non-
profit, social and health care services provider. Established in 1981, Care Corner operates from 48 service points across three key regions of Singapore, delivering
a continuum of care serving Children and Youth, Families and Seniors.


Christian brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning the people, public and private sectors. He was appointed CEO in 2022, after leading Care Corner’s organisation-wide transformation journey from 2019. Prior to joining
Care Corner, he served as Senior Vice President at United Overseas Bank, where he oversaw leadership development and change management initiatives. He was previously Director at the Civil Service College’s Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development, contributing to Public Service Transformation efforts across government.


In addition to his responsibilities with Care Corner, Christian serves as a District Councillor with the North West Community Development Council, and as a Board Member of Tung Ling Community Services and the Civil Service College – a statutory board of the Public Service Division.

CHRISTINE CHIA

Christine Chia is the Managing Director of Search and Gemini Partnerships for APAC at Google. In this role, she is responsible for building and leading the strategic partner ecosystem that drives the growth, adoption, and monetization of Google’s next-generation consumer AI products across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently overseeing the partner strategy for Gemini, ensuring Google’s AI advancements are integrated into the most impactful consumer and developer platforms in APAC.

 

Throughout her career, Christine has demonstrated a unique ability to build and scale new business ventures from the ground up. She is recognized as a force multiplier who thrives in zero-to-one environments, consistently forging the strategic alliances needed to unlock new markets. Rich experiences in successfully launching new businesses, products and developer platforms for both Google and Meta, consistently forging the strategic alliances needed to unlock new markets and use cases.

 

Prior to her current role, Christine led multiple high-growth partnership teams at both Google and Meta, including the launch of commerce platforms across Meta’s family of apps.

 

Before her tenure in the technology sector, she held several leadership roles at American Express, where she spearheaded business development and M&A, and led the expansion of a new analytics-based consulting practice across Europe and Asia.

 

A passionate advocate for underrepresented groups, Christine serves as the Executive Sponsor for Google Pride@ APAC. She was also a founding member of the Women in Partnerships group at Facebook.

JUNE LEE

June is an accomplished sales and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales and general management. Based in Singapore, she holds a dual leadership role at Workato as Head of APAC and SVP of Social Impact, where she also oversees the company’s global charitable arm.

 

Since joining Workato, June has played a key role in building and scaling the APAC business, driving more than 10x growth in the region over four years. As one of the founding members of the APAC team, she was instrumental in establishing Singapore
as Workato’s second global headquarters.

 

In addition to her commercial leadership, June is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. Through Workato Cares, she leads global volunteer and philanthropic initiatives, partnering with communities and organisations around the world to create meaningful, lasting change.

ABOUT THE PANELIST

LAWRENCE ANG

Lawrence is the CEO of The Digital Capital Collective, a developer and operator of digital capital, products and services for the charity sector. He was previously on the boards of NVPC and iShine Cloud, and now serves on the advisory committees at NCSS, Cancer Society and REACH Community Services.

He was preciously the CIO and Head of Payment Services at Monetary Authority of Singapore, and was instrumental in some of the key initiatives in Open Banking, Fintech, Payments and AML.

He is also the founder of Landz Consulting, an IT and Management firm that advises consulting firms on central banking and technology risks, and IT companies on go-to-market strategies.

He regularly volunteers with various ground-ups, and mentors corporate leaders, ex-staff, students and ex-offenders.

VINCENT TEYSSIER

Board Member and Volunteer CEO at Better.SG, Vincent Teyssier brings deep, hands-on experience in AI built over decades of designing and deploying intelligent systems. He focuses on translating advanced AI into real-world impact, from scalable platforms to tech-for-good initiatives. By day, he applies AI and advanced technology to create value and innovation in private equity, turning legacy business into AI enabled frontrunners.

PAUL DATTA

Paul Datta, a Tech Lead in the Google Cloud APAC AI Practice, is dedicated to developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. His primary focus is on leading Antigravity, Gemini CLI & Gemini Code Assist’s efforts in the region. He has 19 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Google, Paul was a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where he developed solutions and pilots based on Azure and incubated use cases for Azure Open AI. Before that, he was the Head of Digital Workplace APAC at Tata Consultancy Services, where he spent 15 years in various roles, including Technical Architect. During his time at Tata, he also conducted research on employee networks and collaboration as a Research Scholar at Yale University.

businesses navigate the digital landscape. Recognised as a “top voice” in Singapore for digital marketing and social media, Elizabeth brings a hands-on approach to training. She’s an expert equipped with the latest tools, tips, and best practices to empower businesses. Additionally,
Elizabeth holds a certification as an ACLP trainer, specialising in digital marketing and Generative AI.

JAE YOUNG SHIN

Jae is part of OpenAI’s go-to-market team, where she drives enterprise AI deployment and adoption across Asia-Pacific.
Her experience includes:

  • Leading OpenAI’s enterprise AI deployments and organisational change across APAC, partnering with Fortune 500 C-level leaders to embed AI into core operations

  • Founded and expanded Unity’s APAC Developer Relations team, working with leading publishers / studios to ship Unity-powered games globally

  • Led digital product launches and transformation at Hilti,
    driving enterprise adoption and regional commercial growth
  • Served as an internal change coach across APAC
    multinationals, ramping leaders and high-impact regional
    teams

 

She began her career in digital transformation roles focused on helping organisations adopt and integrate new technologies at scale, and holds a degree in International Studies from Yonsei University.

RAHAVAN

Rahavan is part of OpenAI’s go-to-market team, where he leads strategic partnerships with enterprises across Asia-Pacific to deploy and scale generative AI across products, engineering, and business operations.


His experience includes:

  • Leading strategic partnerships with enterprises across APAC to
    deploy OpenAI’s AI platforms, enabling organisations to
    operationalise generative AI across engineering, analytics, and
    customer-facing products

  • Partnering with executive leaders and technical teams to embed
    large language models and AI agents into production workflows,
    accelerating enterprise adoption of AI at scale

  • Founding and scaling Amplitude’s enterprise business across
    Southeast Asia, working with leading technology companies to
    adopt product analytics and data-driven product development

 

He began his career in the sciences as a neuroscience researcher and holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
