THE MAJURITY DIFFERENCE
We do philanthropy differently.
Many living amongst us struggle behind closed doors. We need to surface these unseen gaps and needs so people who struggle can get to where they need to be.
It is also about the unseen struggles that grantee partners (charities, non-profits, social impact organisations, ground up groups) go through, many exist to meet gaps but also exist in isolation.
We go beyond
We have built a robust framework to ensure that we invest in the best people and proposals in the charity sector.
So that our funds, charities and community groups can better work together to maximise collective social impact over time.
We move quickly
We track commitment and utilisation rates to ensure we do not sit on donor dollars that are entrusted to us. 100% Commitment Rate within a year and 100% Utilisation Rate.
We optimise your donation. Is your donation really doing good? You track your investments. Do you track your giving? What returns are you getting? Is it making a difference?
We go further.
We do the
To understand the issues and gaps that need to be addressed, we meet with people and organisations involved in tackling the challenges on the ground.
At the heart of what we do at TMT is our dedication to research. We rely on data to tell us where the needs and gaps are projected to be.
We keep you
The social impact measures for all initiatives and programmes are regularly updated so donors know where their dollars go.
Donors will receive TMT half-yearly fund updates and reports on funds disbursed and social impact measurements
The TMT Model
The TMT Model provides donors with giving opportunities that are guided by research and informed by our close partnerships with grantee partners on the ground.
Beyond grant making, the philanthropy team also guides and mentors grantee partners in their journey to meet needs in the community.
We partner social impact partners and donors to build a thriving and sustainable community for all in Singapore.
How we go beyond the cheque
By supporting our grantee partners in their growth journey as an organisation
Harnessing the tacit knowledge of the community, townhalls serve to facilitate cross-learning amongst grantee partners through quarterly gatherings around identified topics.
Curated specially to address common organisational challenges such as governance, strategy and financial sustainability, grantee partners come together for fireside chats with leading experts in the field.
