TOUCH Community Services is a non-profit organization that provides services to better the well-being of people of all ages, race and religion, reaching out to various levels of need in the community. Inclusive and Dementia Friendly Community at AMK (iDFC@AMK) is an initiative that raises awareness of dementia and builds community resources to support persons with dementia and caregivers within the Ang Mo Kio Town. The activities include an annual walk-in-the-park event, weekly community walks (in smaller groups), monthly caregiver support sessions and dementia awareness workshops.
