Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) is a charity dedicated to providing confidential emotional support to individuals facing a crisis, thinking about or affected by suicide. Over the years, SOS has seen a shift from hotline to online platforms in youths who reach out for help and have recognized a preference for a text- messaging option. As a key organization in suicide prevention, SOS Care Text Messaging Service (TMS) aims provide a 24 hr Text-Messaging Service that provides swift emotional support for young clients at risk of suicide.
