Started in 2018, the Enabling Festival is an annual community event that raises awareness and understanding regarding dementia. In 2020, the Virtual Festival featured film, dance and theatre performances, live Facebook interactive sharing sessions by medical and social care professionals, and caregiver engagement workshops. Through multiple social platforms, the Virtual Festival was able to engage 5,549 users in raising awareness on dementia.
